Wild River Teen Hike (3 days/2 nights)
- Tranquil and stunning Murray River in Winter
- Jarrah and Marri forest
- Murray Campsite
- Assorted wildlife
Wild Murray Teen Hike is your Bibbulmun Track adventurous journey. Stunning river, tranquil forest, natural wildlife.
The Murray campsite is situated right on the bank of the Murray River. Spectacular Jarrah and Marri forest along one of Didier’s favourite sections.
On day 1, we follow a 12 km section along the river to the Murray campsite.
Day 2 brings its spectacular challenges, a remote, tranquil forest where wildlife can abound; it is one of my favourite day sections of track.
Day 3 is a gentler and shorter hike, with beautiful forests where we have seen Wedgetail Eagles, Emus, wild pigs, and even an Echidna, but sorry, there are no guarantees. Arrival in Dwellingup is always a time to celebrate our outstanding accomplishments with a celebration lunch.
LifeTrail celebrates inclusion and diversity; our teen hikes have been designed directly for all teens and Participants of the Duke Of Edinburgh International Award.
