What You’ll Find on the LifeTrail Path

LifeTrail offers two clear pathways: guided hiking experiences and professional mentoring support.

Some people come to walk the Bibbulmun Track, slow down, and reconnect with the natural world around Denmark, Western Australia. Others come for mentoring, support, and practical guidance through a life transition, personal goal, or NDIS capacity building journey.

Both pathways are shaped by care, safety, lived experience, and respect for the pace of the person in front of me.

How LifeTrail Works

1. Choose the Right Path

LifeTrail offers two clear pathways: guided hiking experiences and professional mentoring support.

Guided hikes are for people wanting to walk, explore, slow down, and experience the Bibbulmun Track and natural places around Denmark, Western Australia.

Mentoring is for people seeking practical support, capacity building, life-transition guidance, or NDIS-related mentoring in Denmark WA or by video call.

2. Make Contact

You can enquire as an individual, family member, school, support coordinator, or professional referrer.

The process is simple: ask a question, share what you are looking for, and I will help you understand whether LifeTrail is the right fit.

3. Begin at a Steady Pace

There is no pressure to arrive with everything worked out.

Some people come for a private hike. Some come for mentoring. Some need help choosing the right starting point.

My role is to keep the process calm, safe, practical, and suited to the person in front of me.

4. Experience Support That Fits the Path

On guided hikes, the focus is walking, safety, place, pace, and connection with nature.

In mentoring, the focus is goals, independence, capacity building, confidence, and practical next steps.

Both are guided with care, but they remain different services with different purposes.

5. Leave with Something Useful

A hike may leave you feeling clearer, calmer, more grounded, or more connected to the landscape.

Mentoring may help you build confidence, direction, independence, or practical tools for everyday life.

Either way, the aim is simple: to help you take the next step at a pace that feels real.

Reflections from the LifeTrail Path

Always Growing

Guided Hiking Reflections
“I completed a solo beginners over night trail with Didier along the beautiful Murray River. It was a great introduction to overnight hiking and Didier was very friendly and easy to ask questions about hiking along the Bibbulmun and hiking in general. I now feel a lot more confident in completing some more longer hikes on my own. I would highly recommend.” – Mark

Mentoring Reflections
I wish all Support Workers had a relationship with their Participants like Didier does.” – NDIS LAC.

Teen / Duke of Edinburgh Reflections
Both my son and daughter did a hike with Didier for their Duke of Ed. They loved it. Didier also helped them with the preparation of gear and hike requirements. Would highly recommend.” – Albina (mum) Teen Hikes
