Join me, Didier, your local hiking guide, as we follow the Bibbulmun Track along sandy beaches and through coastal bushland. The scenery changes as we head towards Point Irwin, where rugged rock formations meet the Southern Ocean and views open along the coastline.

This hike is a chance to experience the textures and sounds of the south coast: sand underfoot, salt air, low-growing coastal plants and waves breaking against the rocks. Enjoy it with your own private group, with time to pause and take in the surroundings.

Seasonal highlights may include bird wildlife, wildflowers and the whale migration. No promises, it’s authentic nature.

An Authentic Taste of the Bibbulmun Track

Did you know the Bibbulmun Track starts in the Perth Hills and winds for around 1,000 km all the way to Albany?

On this adventure, you’ll hike a section of that same trail from Peaceful Bay, following the trail markers along beaches and through coastal bushland towards Point Irwin.

You will feel like a hiker, not a customer. There are no unforms, no tour bus, you will be encouraged to feel fully yourself.

Along the way we’ll explore, take a few breaks, discover some lookouts, try some quiet hiking and stop for a Hikefulness® moment to see what we can hear and notice around us.

You won’t be hiking all 1,000 km — just yet! — but for three hours, you’ll be part of the same trail followed by hikers travelling all the way from Perth to Albany.

Your Guide Didier will share his story as he solo hiked the entire Bibbulmun Track, that changed his life and now also mentors people on trail with a disability and mental health challenges.
