How LifeTrail Works

1. Choose Your Path
Select hiking, mentoring, or a blended experience based on your goals and comfort level.

2.  How To Connect
Bookings and referrals come from individuals, families, schools, Duke of Edinburgh WA, NDIS Support Coordinators, OTs, GPs, Psychologists, mental health workers, naturopaths and other professionals.
Anyone can contact me — the process is simple and open to all.

 3. Experience Genuine Support
You’re welcomed just as you are. There’s no pressure, no rush, and no expectation—only encouragement, safety, and understanding.

4. Grow at Your Pace
Whether you’re here for a solo or group hike, mentoring, or a bit of both, you can enjoy the experience in your own way. People join for fun, confidence, independence or skill-building — whatever your reason, we go at the pace that works for you.

5. Leave with Something Real
Either your hike or mentoring gives you lasting benefits—more clarity, trust in yourself, resilience, and a stronger sense of independence.

About LifeTrail

LifeTrail: Guiding Growth Through Nature and Mentoring

LifeTrail exists to help people reconnect with themselves, discover their strengths, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. Every hike, every mentoring session, and every blended experience is designed to support your wellbeing and personal growth.

After thousands of kilometres on the Bibbulmun Track, Didier learned that the trail teaches us more than physical endurance—it reveals resilience, confidence, and self-trust. Today, he brings this insight to every person who joins LifeTrail, whether they’re hiking for adventure, receiving mentoring for life transitions, or combining both for a holistic experience.

No matter your age, background, or ability, LifeTrail provides:
  • A safe and supportive environment
  • Guidance tailored to your pace and purpose
  • Tools to help you feel calmer, more confident, and more independent

Reflections

Always Growing

I wish all Support Workers had a relationship with their Participants like Didier does.” – NDIS LAC.

When I first met Didier, I almost never left home, I had no supports, because I was too afraid. I started volunteering in a supportive and positive helping others with an art programme. Now I go to TAFE by myself studying my dream course. – Alice (21) NDIS Mentoring

I think hiking has helped me realise that I can overcome obstacles even if at the time they feel impossible.” – Lisa (15) Teen Hikes – Duke Of Edinburgh Award, anxiety

Both my son and daughter did a hike with Didier for their Duke of Ed. They loved it. Didier also helped them with the preparation of gear and hike requirements. Would highly recommend.” – Albina (mum) Teen Hikes

Acknowledgement of Bibbulmun Country

We respectfully acknowledge the Noongar people as the Traditional Custodians of this land and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.

Through our hiking and mentoring activities, we seek to honour these connections, foster understanding, and encourage others to walk with awareness, respect, and care for the land and its First Peoples.

The Bibbulmun Track crosses Noongar Country, and the lands we travel hold stories, history, and spiritual significance — connecting us with all who have walked these paths before us.
