Powerful resilience, confident independence, lasting life skills

3 Day Helena Valley Teen Hike (3 days/2 nights)

It is an inspiring and fun three-day teen hike and a Bronze or Silver adventurous journey that is magnificent for any teen. You will walk out with a new self-discovered belief and independence. Our teen hikes have been designed directly for all teens and Participants of the Duke of Edinburgh Award. They are perfect for your school’s Duke of Edinburgh WA program.

LifeTrail, formerly Didier Walks, celebrates inclusion and diversity. You will gain powerful resilience, confident independence, and lasting life skills. The extraordinary benefits of our hikes last long after the hike is over. Our hikes have a hugely positive effect on a teen’s self-confidence and focus at home and school.

The LifeTrail Hikefulness Experience
What is the LifeTrail Hikefulness experience?

Hikefulness is a natural feeling you receive after hiking for a while, that encourages the mental, physical and emotional connection to everything around you. The flora, wildlife, other hikers and yourself.

Hikefulness brings you to the present and to take responsibility organically that both be challenging and bring you peace at the same time.

The LifeTrail Hikefulness experience always empowers participants to build independence and resilience. Hikes are a mentored hiking experience rather than a tour.

There is a focus placed on self physical, mental and emotional awareness. A right balance of education, community, silence,  guidance and space when needed.

Knowing when to move forward and when to rest and reflect, is essential to managing stress and becoming more prductive during daily activities like school or work.
