Conditions Of Hiring Gear
Hire charges are current at the time of booking & may be subject to change.
2. Items are hired individually on a day-by-day basis only.
3. Hire fees must be paid through the lifeTrail website at the time of booking.
4. Gear is to be collected from and returned to Didier at a Wembley storage location. This is to happen within a time range given by Didier
unless otherwise agreed with Didier.
5. Once hire equipment has left LifeTrail, there will be no refunds, even if the gear is not used.
6. If the gear is not returned within three days of the hike’s completion (e.g. hike ends Sunday, returned by the end of Wednesday),
additional hire charges will apply for each day that the gear is late. For each additional day that the gear is late, the daily hire fee will
be charged to the card used to make the initial booking.
7. Gear must be returned clean, dry and undamaged to Didier’s satisfaction. Faults or damage must be reported immediately (before or
during the hike). Where applicable, the cost of replacing, cleaning or repairing damaged equipment will be charged to the card used to make
the initial booking. All Participants are taught and advised how to care for their gear prior to, during and at the completion of the hike.
