Uredale Point Heritage Trail & The Gap – Albany (NDIS)
Explore Albany’s stunning coastline on the Uredale Point Heritage Trail, formerly named Point Posession Heritage Trail, a scenic 5 km loop designed for all ages and abilities. Most of the hike is a gentle trail, with a couple of short steep climbs and rocky outcrops offers a mix of coastal views, local wildlife, and rich heritage, making it ideal for families, beginners, and participants using NDIS support.
Experience the trail with a Hikefulness approach. Pause to connect with the ocean breeze, listen to birdsong, and take in the coastal scenery. Learn about Albany’s rich history and culture through interpretive signs, while enjoying gentle paths that invite reflection and grounding. - Locations: Uredale Point Heritage Trail and The Gap are located 10 km apart, and will require a lift in my car
- Distance: ~5 km loop
- Duration: 2.5 hours + The Gap 1 hour
- Difficulty: Moderate
- Parking: Free parking at trailhead.
- Accessibility: Mostly flat, sand, including beach walking, rocky outcrop, short steep climbs.

Minimum Bookings: This price is based on a minimum of four confirmed NDIS participants. If fewer bookings are confirmed, an alternative price option will be offered. The total cost of the hike is $550.00.
