LifeTrail aims to be welcoming and inclusive. Participation in our Private Hikes is based on a participant’s ability to meet the normal requirements of a guided hike, including participating safely in a group setting and managing personal care and equipment with guidance.

Needing reminders, extra time, or practical guidance with tasks is common and expected and does not, on its own, indicate that a hike is unsuitable.

If you are unsure about suitability, please contact LifeTrail to discuss before booking. Almost anyone coming on our hikes underestimated what they were capable of achieving before the hike.
